Profile Description

A Sales Executive works on the front lines — interacting with prospects or clients, presenting products/services, negotiating deals, and closing sales. They manage a pipeline of leads, follow up on customer queries, and aim to meet or exceed sales quotas. Good communication, product knowledge, and customer-service skills are key, as their role directly impacts company revenue and client satisfaction

Responsibilities
  1. Approach new clients and manage their engagement status effectively.
  2. Convince potential clients and generate quality leads for business growth.
  3. Understand client requirements and manage their needs accordingly.
  4. Provide timely follow-ups and ensure immediate responses to client queries.
  5. Maintain accurate client details, share information with seniors, and update client status regularly.
  6. Approach clients through field marketing, telecalling, and social media platforms.
  7. Stay in regular coordination with the team and seniors; provide daily work status updates and share reports on a daily basis.
  8. Work on a target-oriented basis and achieve assigned targets before the completion of the monthly cycle.
  9. Plan strategies effectively, handle clients with patience, and deal with them in a professional and polite manner.
  10. Conduct meetings with clients and the technical team; arrange appointments and manage meeting schedules.
  11. Update clients on project status from time to time.
  12. Share proposals, work roadmaps, quotations, and related documents with clients as required.
  13. Stay available and actively engaged during assigned working hours to ensure continuous support and coordination.
  14. Take complete ownership of assigned marketing projects, ensuring timely execution, reporting, and achievement of campaign goals.
  15. Maintain a disciplined approach to time management, task prioritization, and professional communication in a remote working environment.
Qualification Required
  1. Minimum: High school / 12th Pass
  2. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Sales, Marketing, Business) Or any Bachelor’s degree
  3. Freshers or experienced candidates both considered
Skills Required
  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.

  2. Excellent convincing and negotiation skills for lead generation and client conversion.

  3. Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
