The intern assists in designing graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, branding materials, and other marketing collateral under the guidance of senior designers. Independently create and design visual content for social media posts, websites, advertisements, banners, and other digital platforms.
Develop creative graphics, infographics, and illustrations tailored to project requirements and brand guidelines.
Design short videos, GIFs, and animated content using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software.
Maintain consistency in branding, color schemes, typography, and overall design aesthetics across all marketing materials.
Transform raw content, references, and ideas provided by the team into polished, high-quality visual designs independently.
Take ownership of multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of all assignments.
Collaborate with the content and marketing team to understand project requirements while executing the work autonomously.
Optimize all graphic and video content for different platforms, ensuring correct dimensions, resolution, and file formats.
Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, and digital media techniques to create fresh and appealing designs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas, and suggest improvements to visual campaigns.
Prepare, organize, and share daily/weekly reports of completed work, designs, and ongoing projects with supervisors.
Continuously upgrade technical skills in graphic design, animation, video editing, and related software to deliver professional-quality content independently.
- Continuously upgrade technical skills and knowledge by learning best practices, frameworks, and tools through hands-on project work.
- Maintain a disciplined approach to time management, task prioritization, and professional communication in a remote working environment.
- Stay available and actively engaged during assigned working hours to ensure continuous support and coordination.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and similar tools.
- Ability to create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and digital content independently.
- Knowledge of designing social media posts, banners, advertisements, and website visuals.
- Basic video editing and animation skills using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva.
- Strong understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout design principles.
