A Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of a company by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The role involves approaching potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, field visits, and social media, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. A BDE is responsible for onboarding new clients, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams and senior management, and ensuring timely follow-ups to maximize business opportunities. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, effective communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a target-driven mindset, to contribute significantly to the company’s growth and achieve set business objectives.

- Work on a target-oriented basis and achieve assigned targets before the completion of the monthly cycle.
- Plan strategies effectively, handle clients with patience, and deal with them in a professional and polite manner.
- Conduct meetings with clients and the technical team; arrange appointments and manage meeting schedules.
- Update clients on project status from time to time.
- Share proposals, work roadmaps, quotations, and related documents with clients as required.
Approach new clients through cold calling, field visits, and social media platforms.
Identify new business opportunities, onboard new clients, and build long-term professional relationships.
- Stay available and actively engaged during assigned working hours to ensure continuous support and coordination.
- Take complete ownership of assigned marketing projects, ensuring timely execution, reporting, and achievement of campaign goals.
