A Digital Marketer Intern plays a key role in supporting the online marketing efforts of a company while gaining hands-on experience in digital campaigns, social media management, SEO, and analytics. The intern is responsible for assisting in planning and executing marketing strategies, creating content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing data to optimize results. This role provides exposure to various digital marketing tools and platforms, helping interns develop practical skills in social media marketing, search engine optimization, email marketing, and online advertising. By collaborating with experienced marketing professionals and participating in real-world projects, interns gain valuable insights into consumer behavior, digital trends, and effective marketing practices, preparing them for a future career in digital marketing.
- Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns independently across social media, search engines, and email platforms.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement.
- Perform keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Independently create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers to develop original content including posts, visuals, videos, and marketing copy tailored for target audiences.
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, track performance, and maintain mailing lists without supervision.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize campaigns, ads, and content in real-time to maximize engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all marketing activities, campaigns, and performance reports.
- Conduct market research to understand audience behavior, preferences, and digital trends for strategy improvement.
- Take complete ownership of assigned marketing projects, ensuring timely execution, reporting, and achievement of campaign goals.
- Continuously upgrade technical skills and knowledge by learning best practices, frameworks, and tools through hands-on project work.
- Maintain a disciplined approach to time management, task prioritization, and professional communication in a remote working environment.
- Stay available and actively engaged during assigned working hours to ensure continuous support and coordination.
- Minimum: High school / 12th Pass
- Preferred: Any Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Digital Marketing
- Freshers / Pursing / recently graduated preffered
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and social media marketing strategies.
Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization.
Ability to create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad networks.
Proficiency in creating engaging digital content including posts, visuals, and videos.
Analytical skills to monitor, interpret, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
Ability to plan and execute email marketing campaigns independently.
Creativity and innovative thinking for content and campaign development.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.).
Strong time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and tasks independently.
Problem-solving skills to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Basic knowledge of website analytics, traffic tracking, and lead generation techniques.
Self-motivation and discipline to take ownership of campaigns and deliver results without direct supervision.
- Able to create Contents for posts, web pages, etc and optimization knowledge.
- Must have knowledge of Backlinks creation by check DA, PA and spam score etc.
Hands-on experience with real projects and professional workflows.
Guidance and mentorship from experienced Digital Marketers.
